Purchase your supplies and you will be automatically enrolled in our FREE 3-week online ZOOM saxophone repair basics course taught by Buffet-Crampon Technician, Bruce Marking.
In this short course, you will learn how to disassemble and assemble the upper and lower stack of the saxophone, replace a saxophone neck cork, and proper care and maintenance including cleaning and lubrication techniques. Other techniques to be demonstrated include changing a saxophone pad, and replacing saxophone key corks, felts and bumpers. Hopefully you will even discover how much you like doing repair!
Our 3-week repair course will be held on: Saturday, November 6th,13th, and 20th from 9 – 11AM Mountain Time.
All classes will be recorded and be made available to you. Following the purchase of your supplies, we will send you details to register on Zoom for the course. Enrollment is limited and when we run out of starter kits this course will be closed for registration.
While the course is free you will need supplies that you need to purchase locally and supplies we will provide.

From Home Depot or your local hardware store you will need to purchase:
|Razor Blades – single edge blades|
|Q-Tips – 1 large package|
DAP Weldwood Contact Cement- 1 container
|Small soft paintbrush or toothbrush (bristles don’t matter) – flat bristled brush|
|Emery cloth – 240 grit (for sanding neck corks)|
