Description
In this 4-week class, you will learn all of the essential tips and tricks you need to keep flute students engaged in learning and playing in your ensemble with a high functioning instrument. Designed to help reduce the cost of repairs, and incentivize school districts to do small basic repairs ‘in house’ amongst their faculty, our short courses will give you the skills, confidence and ability to be of service to your classroom, campus and community of musicians who need small common repairs.
Our classes are on Saturdays for 90 minutes from 9am-10:30 am MT during June-July. You can sign up for the entire class or one or two segments.
All classes will be recorded and be made available to you. Following the purchase of the course, we will send you details to register for it on Zoom. Enrollment is limited and when we run out of our emergency repair kits this course will be closed for registration.
Our course instructors are master woodwind repair technicians Bruce Marking, formerly with Powell Flutes/Buffet-Crampon and Christina Colston, from The Tuneful Tech.
