The Buffet R13 Prestige Clarinet is constructed by expert craftsmen using unstained grenadilla wood that has been carefully chosen for its acoustic and esthetic qualities. This clarinet clearly displays professional build quality and the finest materials and design resulting with powerful, rich tone in all registers. The Buffet Prestige models feature an additional left-hand Eb key.
Very focused yet full responsive Bb. Takes a little more to blow against to fill up the horn and hear all of its colors. The resonance in this instrument is more of a shimmer. Overall, it tips slightly dark.
